AIR CONDITIONING
We offer a full design service for air conditioning systems for all applications, from a single room/conservatory to a full office suite.
Air Conditioning that heats as well as cools, and also heat recovery systems providing an environmentally friendly and economically effective method of heating or cooling your space.
All installations carry a standard 12 month warranty, with the air conditioning equipment benefitting from a manufacturer’s standard 3 year warranty, and extended 5 year warranty, when installed by our qualified and experienced engineers.
We also provide a scheduled maintenance service, to ensure that your air conditioning system is always operating efficiently and effectively.
VENTILATION
Swan Projects provide a full design service for all types of ventilation systems, including kitchen canopy extraction systems, toilet extract systems, fume or dust extract systems and fresh air & heat recover ventilation systems, to suit all domestic and commercial requirements.
Our systems are manufactured and installed in accordance with all current authority specifications, by experienced, qualified engineers.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
All our air conditioning and ventilation systems are installed under the guidance of an individual project manager, ensuring that all programme details and deadlines are met, that all Health and Safety procedures are followed, and that the client’s requirements are achieved with full satisfaction.
Project management services include initial systems design, production of CAD contract drawings, contract programing, Health and Safety requirements, equipment and material procurement, site labour allocation, project and site supervision, monitoring of standards and finish, commissioning and hand over to client
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Air conditioning and ventilation systems should be regularly serviced, to ensure that they are maintained and operate efficiently, and also to ensure that the manufacturer’s warranty is validated.
We offer a regular maintenance service, at intervals and times to suit your requirements, and can also provide emergency call-out service to attend to any faults or breakdowns.
We can provide a full description of a custom maintenance schedule, for your consideration and approval, for systems installed by SWAN Projects, or systems previously installed by other companies.
